1. No Refunds: No refunds are possible for any hair extensions purchased.

2. Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed only if the package is sealed, intact, and in the exact condition as received. Exchanges must be requested within 10 days from the date of receiving the item.

3. Shipping Time: Please note that postage may take 5-10 working days to arrive.

4. Colour Accuracy: Please be aware that the colour of the extensions may not be exactly as seen on your phone or computer screen, as different screens have varying levels of brightness.

Studio Booking Policy:

 

For bookings at the studio, a strict 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
